For airport arrivals, add the flight information in your message so the handover details can be confirmed before travel. For accommodation delivery, include the hotel or villa name and exact area.
Important distinction

A zero card hold does not remove the rental agreement, traffic rules or insurance exclusions. Tires, wheels, underneath damage, interior damage, prohibited off-road use, missing fuel, fines and damage caused while violating the traffic code can remain outside the selected insurance.
